We’ve taken inspiration from Spanish tapas and traditional Welsh dishes to create a menu of small plates, using locally sourced Welsh produce. All of our food is cooked to order so you may want to choose something to nibble on while you wait. We recommend an appetiser and 4-5 tapas dishes between 2 people.

2016 BIERZO MENCÍA, CUATRO PASOS, GALICIA
From some of the highest vineyards in Bierzo, this has vibrant aromas of red cherries, red plums and a touch of violets on the nose, while the palate has balanced acidity and a touch of vanilla spice from 2-3 months ageing American and French oak barrels.
