Wales has had a massive resurgence in craft / small-batch gin distilling since the laws around smaller distilleries were lifted about 10 years ago. There is now a thriving craft gin industry in Wales - and we love it! We have over 40 gins at any one time, and have to admit that every time a new one comes out - we have to try it and it usually ends up as out 'gin of the month' or week - depending on how good it is - and it usually ends up in a cocktail too!
We love experimenting with garnishes and Fever Tree tonics with all of our new gins - and our menu always has a suggestion for how we best think they're served!
