If you or a member of your household develop symptoms of Covid-19 within 14 days of your stay, please let us know so that we can assist you to move your booking to a future date.
If you develop symptoms while staying with us, please immediately self-isolate in your room, let us know, and and we will help you to organise a test. If you are confirmed to have Covid-19, the Government advises that you should return home if you reasonably can via private transport , and you should only drive yourself if you can do so safely. If you cannot reasonably return home (because you are not well enough to travel or do not have the means to arrange transport), we can help you to access support from a health care professional and the local authority. If you have acute symptoms, or have breathing difficulties, please let us know and we can help you to access immediate medical help.
Unfortunately, as our insurance will not cover us, you will be expected to cover any additional costs associated with an extension to your stay, but we will do what we can to help in what are extraordinary circumstances.
Please also note that if you are unable to stay because we have been forced to close, you will have the choice of postponing your trip or getting a refund. If you are unable to stay for any other reason, including being told not to travel from your area, our usual cancellation policies will apply.
