Frequently Asked Questions

ARE YOU DOG-FRIENDLY?

Well-behaved dogs are welcome in the restaurant but must be kept on a lead. Please let us know when you are booking so we can make sure we provide a table with enough space for your fur baby. Dogs are also allowed in two of our guest rooms (Room 4 and Room 6).

DO YOU HAVE PARKING?

We don’t have any onsite parking, but you can park on the double yellows to the left of us between 14th October to 14th March. You can also park on the road in between St Mary’s Church and the Royal Oak which is just a minute’s walk away. If you prefer more secure parking, there is a long-stay car park just over the Pont Y Pair bridge. If you are staying with us – it costs £5.30 for 24 hours and you can top up by app so you don’t need to return to your car when your slot is up. If you need to drop off your bags, it’s fine to park up outside for a few minutes.

ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED IN THE RESTAURANT?

We are an adult-only space but we welcome children aged 14 years and older.
