Re-opening Safely

Our rooms are now open

Bookings may still be subject to disruption.

We have introduced a new 'Super Flexible Rate' which allows you to cancel up to 48 hours before you stay, so if you do not plan to buy travel insurance, we recommend this rate, which gives you greater flexibility. Please note that if you are unable to make a booking for any other reason than the government enforcing a shutdown of our business, our cancellation policies will apply.

Check-in / check-out

We usually love meeting our guests, it's one of the reasons we chose this business, but at the moment, we have to do what we can to keep our guests safe. We’ve therefore made our check-in and check-out process contactless while we are managing the risks of Covid-19.

Check-in will start at 4:00pm to allow extra time for cleaning to take place, and has been extended to 9:00pm, to minimise the risks of guests arriving together. On the day before you are due to arrive, you will get an email from us notifying you of the code to open the front door. You'll also get directions to your room, as well as access to a 'Guest Area' on our website with lots of useful information. Don’t worry, we’ll still be on hand to check that everything is OK, and you’ll be able to order and pay for food, drinks and special treats.

Check-out will be 8:00-10:30am. Payments will usually be taken before your departure. If not, a copy of your invoice will be emailed to you, and payment for any outstanding amounts will be taken from the card that you originally booked with. 


We have our same delicious breakfast menu, with hot and cold options, and all you need to do the night before is book a slot with us and give us your order before 11:00pm. This way we can make sure that guests do not all arrive at the same time, and we can make sure that your breakfast is ready for you.

If you have an early start, don't worry, we can organise a breakfast to go bag.

At night, you can book into our on-site tapas restaurant.  If it's a warm night, you're more than welcome to eat or have drinks on our balcony. Please note that during the summer, tables are usually scarce, and as we have a limited number of tables now, it is recommended that guests book in advance.


In order to keep our staff and guests safe, we will not be stripping beds unless specifically requested to do so. If you’d rather we didn’t service your room, that’s OK too and we’ll provide clean towels, refreshments and toilet tissue on a tray outside your door. If you need anything else - just let us know!

social distancing

We'll be asking all guests to respect the 2m social distancing rules when coming in and out of Olif and when walking in and around the community. We'll have hand santising points outside and inside the front door, as well as on each floor. For now our customer toilets will be shut and we encourage guests to use the faciltities in their own rooms.
