SPANISH TAPAS WITH A UNIQUELY WELSH TWIST!
In our onsite restaurant, we’ve taken inspiration from Spanish tapas and traditional Welsh dishes to create a menu of small plates, using locally sourced Welsh produce, and we’re consistently rated as the #1 best restaurant in Betws Y Coed by TripAdvisor reviewers. We do everything we can to source local / Welsh ingredients.
A BAR FULLY STOCKED WITH THE BEST THAT WALES HAS TO OFFER!
It's not just our food that we source locally. We have the best selection of local craft ales, ciders and lagers, an ever-growing collection of over 45 Welsh gins, as well as a range of Welsh spirits – all used as the basis for our cocktail creations! Â
No self-respecting tapas bar would be without Spanish wines, and we have a small, but perfectly curated wine list which has been hand-picked to complement our tapas.
We're absolutely passionate about Welsh gins . We have an ever growing collection of small-batch craft gins and we absolutely love experimenting with garnishes and finding the extact tonic to complement the botanicals.
Keep an eye out for our Gin Tasting Nights - 4 tapas paired with 4 gins for just £35 per person. Check our Events Page for details!

"There’s an intimate but lively atmosphere in the front rooms of this townhouse, where a fun fusion of Welsh and Mediterranean is set off by a cosy, rustic look and fairy lights. The bedrooms are artfully decorated and relaxing with luxurious bathrooms."Â
