Tapas

We are open from 5:30 - 10:30pm Thursday to Sunday.


We’ve taken inspiration from Spanish tapas and traditional Welsh dishes to create a menu of small plates, using locally sourced Welsh produce. All of our food is cooked to order so you may want to choose something to nibble on while you wait. If you're just a bit peckish - we recommend something to pick at and around 5 tapas dishes. If you have a hearty appetite, we recommend a sharing board plus around 6 tapas dishes. You can always order more if you want!

LAMB CARPACCIO WITH ROSEMARY - £6
Moist and delicious leg of Welsh PGI lamb, cured with rosemary. Served with pea shoots drizzled with mint & roast garlic pesto oil.


Pair with Rioja Crianza or our Finca Museum Vinea Crianza.

MONMOUTHSHIRE AIR-DRIED PORK LOIN - £6
‘Lomo’ style cured, fermented and air-dried pork loin with a hint of smoked sweet paprika. Served with figs and drizzled with Blodyn Aur rapeseed oil.


Pair with Rioja Crianza, Fernando De Castilla Manzanilla sherry or Cava.


SWEET SMOKED PAPRIKA CHORIZO - £6.5
Cured, Fermented and air-dried chorizo, made with sweet smoked paprika. Served with cornichon and caperberries.

MONMOUTHSHIRE AIR-DRIED HAM - £6

Made from free-range pork silverside which is cured, fermented and air dried.

CAMARTHEN HAM - £6.5
A distinctive award-winning dry salt cured ham that’s a salty, sweet and moist and the only ham in Britain that’s been awarded PGI status! Family run farm producing traditional Camarthen ham for generations. Rumour has it the Romans may have stolen the recipe for Parma ham from the Welsh in the first place!


Pair with Gran Domino Rioja Crianza, Fernando De Castilla Manzanilla sherry or Cava.

Welsh Cheese



SNOWDONIA CHEESE, TRUFFLE TROVE - £5.5
Extra mature cheddar with black summer truffle. Balanced with undertones of wild mushroom and garlic. Served with Cradoc Nigella and Onion crackers.

CAWS TEIFI, SAVAL - £5.95

HAFOD, MATURE CHEDDAR - £6.5
Unique 16 month aged Cheddar made with raw milk from Ayrshire cows. Distinct buttery, nutty flavours and the occasional blue vein. Served with Cradoc Chilli, Ginger and Garlic crackers, cornichon and caperberries. (Organic raw cows’ milk).

Spanish Charcuterie



Spanish free-range charcuteria from Chacinerías Díaz from the Salamanca province of Spain. Served with Scillicorns artisan bread.

CHORIZO IBERICO - £5

A traditionally cured chorizo from Iberian pigs. Served with Blodyn Aur rapeseed oil, cornichon and caperberries.


Pair with Gran Domino Rioja Crianza.

JAMBON SERRANO - £5

Reserve Serrano ham slow-cured for 9 months with a sweet and delicate taste. Served with Blodyn Aur rapeseed oil, figs and our raspberry balsamic vinegar.


Pair with Fernando De Castilla Manzanilla or Albariño Sentidiño.

CHARCUTERIA SELECTION - £12
Selection of assorted charcuteria from Cárnicas Iglesias using premium free-range white pigs from the Salamanca region. Served with Gordal olives, cornichon, caperberries, Blodyn Aur rapeseed oil with our raspberry balsamic reduction, picos de pan.

A traditionally cured chorizo made from iconic black Iberic0 pigs that spend 10-12 weeks foraging on acorns in the oak forests of South West Spain. Both sweet and smoky with a melting texture. Served with Blodyn Aur rapeseed oil, cornichon and caperberries.
