We are currently looking for someone to work with us to undertake a range of kitchen duties including washing dishes and keeping the kitchen clean and tidy and helping with the preparation of grazing boards and desserts. Experience is not necessary as full training will be given, although previous work in a kitchen environment is preferred.
At Olif, we work as a team with staff multi-tasking and performing a number of roles. Within this job, you will either work in the kitchen preparing food, or will be responsible for washing dishes and cleaning down the kitchen.
Detailed responsibilties include:
Assembling grazing boards (cold meats, olives, nuts, cheeses etc.).
Preparing desserts during busy times.
Ensuring that work preparation areas are kept clean and sanitised.
Keeping ingredients organised and accessible.
Washing dishes / pans and mop after service.

01 April - 31 May
Our opening hours at this time will be Wednesday to Sunday and there is scope to be flexible in the nights you work each week and the number of hours. Your working hours will typically be 10 - 3pm Monday and 6 - 10:30pm on the evenings that you work.
01 June - 31 October
Our opening hours at this time will be Monday to Sunday and there is scope to be flexible in the nights you work each week and the number of hours. Your working hours will typically be 10 - 3pm Monday and 6 - 10:30pm on the evenings that you work.
01 November - 31 March
Our opening hours at this time will be Friday to Sunday. Your working hours will typically be 10 - 3pm Monday and 6 - 10:30pm on the evenings that you work.
