Now that you have arrived, if you haven't already, please check-in via the Guest Services area below. That way we'll know you are here and can help you with any enquiries. We'll use the communication preferences you give us when you check in. If you've chosen to talk to us via Messenger, you can open the Messenger chatbox at the bottom right of this page.
We are generally available from 9:30-11:00am and 4:00-8:00pm but if If you need help with something that isn't covered in the Guest Services area or need to report a problem outside of these hours, please get in touch using your preferred method. In an emergency please phone 07877 257530.

Breafast is served in our restaurant and to make sure that everyone has a great start to the day, please book a slot and place your order by 11pm the night before via the Guest Services area below. That way we can try to fit breakfast around your plans.
HOUSEKEEPING
We know that some guests will prefer not to have their rooms serviced, and we also want to make sure that we don't distrub you if you're relaxing in your room, so please let us know via Guest Services if you would like your room serviced and book a slot by 10:30am. If we don't hear from you, we will assume that you are happy for your room to be serviced.
